You're not alone.

My fictional crushes:

Psylocke (X-Men)

Miranda Lawson (Mass Effect)

Kitana (Mortal Kombat)

Wonder Woman (DC)

Katara (Avatar: The Last Airbender)

Deadpool (Marvel) (Kidding. He is one of my favorite characters, though.)

Mr. Darcy (pride and prejudice)

Leo Collins (the vow)

Landon Carter (a walk to remember)

Westley (princess bride)

Alex Wheatley (safe haven)

Logan (the lucky one)

Seeley Booth (bones)

So I guess for the most part I'm attracted to the romantic, protective, devoted type :)

I use to have a huge crush on Jacob Black in New Moon before he cut off his hair and turned into a wolf.

Lois Lane- I always wanted to steal her away from Superman.  As described in the song Jimmy Olsen's Blues by the Spin Doctors.

While I was on holiday, I played my friend's Nintendo DS a lot when we were in the apartment. I seem to have developed a serious crush on Professor Layton...

I mean, look at him! He's so cute!

And he's a gentleman, so it's almost certain that he's waiting till marriage.

Don't have any. I don't watch any TV/film series and don't read fictional books so that's probably why.

Now that we have new members, this seems like a good thread to bump up from the dead.

Hi guys!

So this is obviously inspired by markb4's thread about celebrity crushes.

I figure loads of girls tend to like Edward Cullen from Twilight. Not me!

No, mine would be *drum roll*:

The Phantom of the Opera (Erik)

The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Edward Scissorhands (sort of, might just be because it's Johnny Depp)

"L" from the Manga series Death Note

If I have to choose someone from Twilight, I'll go with Jacob over Edward any day

Remus Lupin in Harry Potter

You probably won't know this one, but Phuti Radiphuti from the No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency series

And I swear I don't have a fetish for guys who have facial disfigurements! I think I've got a thing for guys that are social outcasts and therefore very lonely and in need of love. Like, every time I watch The Phantom of the Opera (any of the movies or the musical) or read the book, and there's the bit where Christine rejects him, and he's crying, I'm just like, "No, Erik! I love you! I'll marry you!" Sad, I know. Maybe because most people would consider me a bit weird, so therefore I like kind of quirky guys myself.

L! he's awesome. I wish I was as smart as him. The (not to spoil) "incident" was so sad :'(

Wolverine (x-men)

Garrett (from the last of the twilight series)

And I can't think of anyone else atm

I'm more of a Sam Winchester girl! :)

Oh but you can't go wrong with Captain America. :)

Sam would be more my type, but for some reason I've always liked Dean. I think I'm attracted to how much he cares for his brother and family. :shrugs:

I'm surprised no one has put Mr. Rochester on here-- Dark, brooding, sarcastic, mysterious, and he has a dog :3. Jane Eyre is my favorite book, and part of that is because I fell in love with Rochester haha. I like that he's not conventionally handsome, and that he sees the beauty in Jane where no one else does- he brings out her fire. Other than Mr. Rochester, I usually tend to have crushes on any super heroes (Thor, Iron Man, Captain America). :D

Spencer Reid

Rory Williams

I think most of the others I'm attracted to the actors, not the characters.

Oh, you're right! I posted this thread back before I read Jane Eyre, but he definitely needs to go on my list! I'll go back and add him...
