  1. Proposals!!!

Haha that's EXACTLY what I do! There's this blog site that shows just creative engagement videos and it's giving me high standards in what I want in my own engagement. So bad haha. But as for me, I would also like my future hubby to be creative. I also would love our close friends and family to be hidden somewhere and pop out when it happens so we can all celebrate together because nothing means more to me than my family and friends. We'll see what happens when I meet that one though Hopefully it's video taped though

Welcome to the site! Hope you enjoy it!
  5. First off, remind yourself you are not the only one who feels/or has ever felt this way! Just to reassure you that you aren't alone in this, okay? Second of all, the first couple of dating type relationships are always the hardest to get over, especially since you never had experience with another girl before. Over time though, you'll go through many dates and meet tons of people, and if it doesn't work out, you'll start to move on faster than now. But let's focus on the now. You meet someone, you develop these feelings and you get this adrenaline rush because you see yourself with this person, whether it's long term or not, and you want to be their girlfriend so bad and then all of a sudden it's like a bomb went off and you weren't there to watch it. They start to progressively ignore you, they stop answering or give you short answers and you don't know why this is happening. You start to freak out, and think to yourself…"I'm the problem…I'm the issue." But you have to remind yourself, time and time again, that you weren't the issue and that you're not the problem. You have to see it in her perspective, too. I'm sure she is a great girl and you guys got along great, but overtime she maybe realized, "I can't see myself in a relationship with this person…or I'm just not ready for a commitment right about now." Instead of telling you that, she probably wanted to let you off the most polite way people think is polite; by slowly distancing themselves off. I was in your position as we speak not too long ago, and I'm still having a hard time trying to understand why he let me go, but life is too short to worry about things like this. This is the perfect time to realize now sometimes good things come to an end, so that there is space for something better later on. So don't worry about it too much. If you guys are meant to be just friends, then maybe overtime you guys will be friends. If not, then it's a learning experience and you move on hopefully with a lesson learned for the next one. I hope this helps you just a little bit!
  6. Do they have to be women from 25+? I'm about to turn 23 really soon! Haha
  7. How many girlfriends/boyfriends you went out with, or just casually dated someone, until you knew you found the one? People always described it as "you just know" kind of feeling when you do meet the one, but what does that feeling actually feel like (if you can describe it the best way you can?) Just sort of curious
  8. Admirable traits!

I would love a guy who is devoted and loves the Lord, and isn't ashamed to show what his beliefs are. In addition, I would love a guy with ambition. If he doesn't have a plan for his future career, then I'm automatically turned off. So long message cut short... Admirable traits: Loves the Lord, Ambitious and Family orientated. Deal breakers: Not ambitious, Smokes, and is lazy. (I can't stand laziness! Haha).

  11. An introduction from a city gal!

You're not the only one! People used to say that was my celebrity look-a-like. Some people even thought I looked like Mila Kunis a little bit, but I don't see any resemblance there. Haha.
  12. An introduction from a city gal!

That's an extremely tough question to ask. I haven't met the one yet, so I'm not sure how I will take it if he happened to be from another state. It would be really hard for me to just move out of Boston, the only place I know as home, and move to another state. I guess I would have to first see how I feel in that other state, and if I can find a great career there as well. But if I do meet the one somewhere else, relationships are all about compromising. So we would have to discuss how we feel where one of us belongs. If it feels right to be in Boston, then we stay here. If not, then it's somewhere else. I just see it as…it's all in God's hands. His plan is far more important to me than I have for myself. It's something I haven't thought about to be honest, but really good question!
